I have been a Chase customer for years. I've never had a late payment. My interest rate used to be 5.99% and is now 12.99%. Today I checked my bank account and noticed that Chase cashed my check one day after it's due date. How convenient!! I have never had this happen to me". I contacted Chase and the representative waived my 25/.00 late fee?. That's fine and dandy, but when I asked him how I could dispute this, he said that I could not". He recommended that I send my payments at least five days in advance and also reassured me that this would not taint my credit score:. I sent my bill almost two weeks before it was due;. I can't dispute this because it's not as if they would keep a postmarked envelope;. Although I feel that my situation has been resolved, I am still annoyed with Chase;. They are sinking pretty low these days to ensure they get your money, one way or another! I will not cancel my card with them, however, I will NEVER use it again! People that pay with those methods are the fools! I have perfect credit, thus the frustration with Chase. I send my payments as soon as I get them, hence the impeccable credit. I don't need to grow up, and I'm not interested in your comments. I was just sharing information. I wasn't giving my opinion, so I'm not interested in yours. Just stating the facts people. |
