In an attempt to avoid additional fees for paying my tuition by credit card, I contacted Capital One to have the $ moved from my CC to my Debit Card. Capital One said "as long as there is a VISA logo, we can transfer the money". The money got to Chase and apparently you cannot transfer money to a Debit card and rather than Chase contacing me (or Capital One) they deposited the money in a closed account.

I requested that the money be sent back to Capital One and Chase said NO. I asked how they could put the money in an account of their chosing and was told by several people "that is how we do it, if we cannot find an account we put it in one we can find". I asked how they could choose where to put my money and was told it is "how they do it". I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that a supervisor cant help, we are keeping your money. ARE YOU KIDDING!??? So now, I cannot pay for school, I have not authorized payment to this account, but Chase has decided that is how it will be whether I like it or not. 128473e
