Chase Ink offered a zero % balance transfer to my credit card. I already had a balance on my card at 9".99 percent which I always paid on time/. Since the balance transfer was completed, they have been applying my monthly on-time payments to the zero percent portion rather than the higher interest part of my balance?. I complained the first month so they offered me their blueprint plan to pay off the higher interest portion of my balance first rather than the zero % portion". This never fixed the problem;. Their explanation is not understandable at all'. This is a scam'. Don't do a balance transfer with them?. Anyone doing a class action against them? They are pirates. 12847ac
