I have wasted about 5 hours on the phone, simply trying to get a breakdown of my rewards points. WHY I cannot access them online is BEYOND strange, as they are my own spent points. Also, I am asked four or five times a quarter to "activate" my 5% rewards points. WHY!? Do you know someone who would not want the extra 4%? That is what I was told though: some people do not want the extra rewards, this is why they ask to activate...sure, Chase.

I am new to these review sites, but I am so furious at the level of rudeness and shadiness of CHASE, I had to warn others. PLEASE PICK A DIFFERENT CARD! 12847e2
