This is posted without any malice or anger...Chase bank is probably the worst customer service institution I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have had 2 instances where I had sought assistance for customer service from Chase banking". They have failed miserably on both occaisions, opting for a rigid policy of I am sorry there is nothing I can do/. I realize now that Obama did us little service in bailing out these monolithic dynasties?. Better to have let them perish under their own greed and poor judgement than to give them an opportunity to take advantage of the American public with excessive fees, poor customer service, and a cavalere way of treating their customers". I hope few people do business with this company;. It is only then that true capitalism would let the weak fail and those that are truly strong in customer service and good business practice will survive/. The likes of Frost Bank and a few others come to mind.. I am truly sorry we used our money to bail these people out of bankruptcy". Needless to say, the beauty of a free country is you can sever ties with institutions such as this... 1284b4b
