I encourage evryone to get even with Chase credit company by having them send you a paper statement and by requesting a copy of the credit terms several times a month". They closed my 2 accounts after being a loyal customer for 15 years and trust me without notice/. I used to use on line statement notice but no more?. I'm making them pay for the mistake". Companies hate to pay for paper statements use thats why they encourage customers to sign up and get discounts|. Well so sorry chase you don't respect my business and I don't respect you as a former customer/. I'll pay my balances off but will make you pay for my statements|.
